Refund Policy for EBDORS
Returns We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [ebdors@gmail.com]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges (Size Issues) Since we sell clothing, we understand that sizing can sometimes be an issue. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the correct size.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

For Pre-Paid Orders: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since COD payments are collected in cash, we will refund the amount via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Our team will ask for your account details once the return is approved.
Non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card
